Job Summary

We are seeking a Store Performance Improvement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and be able to analyze complex data sets to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze store operations data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and success
  • Provide recommendations on process gaps and bottlenecks to target for improvement

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
