Coastal Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Coastal Engineer to lead coastal engineering and climate adaptation projects.

This role requires expertise in technical feasibility studies, Environmental Impact Assessments, and design services for coastal and climate adaptation projects.

The successful candidate will oversee project budget and progress, provide expert guidance to junior colleagues, and work closely with multi-disciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading thought leadership in coastal engineering and climate adaptation
  • Applying coastal engineering design methodologies
  • Providing top-level coastal engineering, coastal adaptation, and land reclamation expertise
  • Offering technical guidance to sub-project teams and junior consultants

Furthermore, proficiency in geospatial data processing and modeling using tools such as Microsoft Excel, R, and Python, knowledge of numerical modeling tools, and understanding of and experience in flood modeling are essential.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders across various countries are required.
