We are seeking a skilled Senior Corporate Administrator to support senior management in overseeing a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling corporate secretarial duties, including document filing, record maintenance, and report preparation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to manage a portfolio of clients.
- Provide administrative support for listed and private companies.
Requirements:
- SAICSA certification or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate secretarial services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
