Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless day-to-day office operations
- Manage church communications, including emails, newsletters, and announcements
- Coordinate church events and activities, including scheduling and logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and financial information
- Provide administrative support to pastoral staff and volunteers as needed
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a church or nonprofit setting
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for community service and commitment to the church's mission
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups within the congregation
