Job Description

A reputable Business Managed Services provider in Singapore is seeking a Claims Officer to join their team.

About the Company

We are a trusted provider of managed services, specializing in finance, payroll, HR, and customer care. Our expertise lies in helping businesses transform and streamline their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process financial claims according to established policies and guidelines.
  • Determine necessary documents for claim assessment and exercise prudence in processing and approving claims.
  • Escalate complex cases for review and decision-making.
  • Handle customer requests within service standards to deliver a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Claims Assessor, Claims Executive, or Claims Officer.
  • Meticulous and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is around SGD $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
