We are seeking a seasoned Production Leader to drive operational excellence and contribute to our mission of transforming the cleaning and facility services industry with robotics innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Compliance: Regular audits and training sessions ensure a culture of safety awareness among team members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Performance Management: Prepare daily plans, uphold company policies, and hold teams accountable for meeting performance metrics, including Safety, First Pass Yield (FPY), and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
  • Quality Control: Implement procedures, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Process Improvements: Identify areas for enhancement, collaborate with management to optimize workflows, and reduce waste.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
