Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Career Champion, responsible for driving customer satisfaction and growth through strategic relationship building, product knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales, delivery, and support phases.
- Gain in-depth understanding of our products, including capabilities, features, and limitations from a customer perspective.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to generate leads, nurture prospects, and close deals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions to showcase product value and address customer needs.
- Work closely with customers and project teams to ensure successful product adoption and meet customer requirements.
- Support project discussions, review outputs, and oversee reports to drive business success.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or relevant fields.
- Over 10 years of industry experience, preferably in technical sales or sales support within the water industry.
- Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, as well as digital solutions in the water industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
