The Personal Care Officer is a critical role in the care of residents at our Home.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Care Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the care of our residents, developing and implementing programs and activities for their well-being, and ensuring proper maintenance of the Home's equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment for our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Diploma in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a relevant field. Additionally, you must be willing to work rotating shifts, including night shift and weekends, and be available for training. As a Personal Care Officer, you will be required to put up monthly interview records for residents and ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises.
