About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Care Associate (CCA). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by providing quality care and support.

As a CCA, you will be responsible for providing daily living care and support to residents or clients in a nursing home or senior care centre. This may include assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, transfers, and other activities of daily living.

In addition to providing direct care, you will also work closely with Clinical and Therapy teams to promote maintenance of residents' independent living skills through holistic care and deploying cross-functional skills. You will also provide recreational programmes and activities to support the psychosocial well-being of seniors.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be passionate about working with seniors and have a heart of care for their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Providing daily living care and support to residents or clients
  • Working closely with Clinical and Therapy teams to promote maintenance of residents' independent living skills
  • Providing recreational programmes and activities to support the psychosocial well-being of seniors
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, transfers, and other activities of daily living

Requirements
