Job Title: Healthcare Support Professional
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Registered Health Care Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Nursing Officers with daily nursing rounds, including preparing required documents and facilitating communication between healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and serve oral medication, topical applications, and subcutaneous injections as directed by the Nursing Officer.
- Assist with wound management, including tracking progress and documenting condition.
- Support the Nursing Officers in managing resident care, including assisting with toileting needs, bathing, and transferring residents.
- Perform daily bladder washouts for residents with indwelling catheters.
- Respond to emergencies and provide support to Nursing Officers as needed.
- Attend to emails, phone calls, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
