The Special Needs Student Care Specialist / Centre Head plays a pivotal role in delivering student care and support services to individuals with special needs.


Job Description

This position involves planning and implementing individualized care and educational activities centered around participants' learning, development, and vocational goals.


Evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual's abilities and needs are employed to facilitate life skills training, such as daily living tasks, social interaction, communication, and vocational readiness.


The successful candidate will monitor and record participant progress, adjusting approaches as needed for optimal engagement.


Collaboration with therapists, vocational trainers, families, and the broader team is essential to ensure a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment that upholds participant dignity and promotes resilience.


Required Skills & Qualifications

A genuine passion for supporting individuals with special needs is essential, aligned with a holistic mission.


Key requirements include a certificate in special needs or behaviour management, along with at least 1–2 years of experience working in a student care environment.
