Job Overview

The Business Support Specialist cum HR Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our team, handling various tasks and ensuring seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and visitor flow efficiently.
  • Perform basic administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support the office staff in achieving daily objectives.
  • Welcome visitors professionally and provide them with necessary assistance.
  • Coordinate employee perks, celebrations, and vendor communications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in event coordination is an asset.

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $30,000 - $40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and administration.
