The Accounts & Admin Executive role is responsible for providing administrative and financial support to the finance team at DAY ONE PTE. LDT.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and experience in accounting and administration.
Key Tasks:
- Perform financial data entry and reconciliation;
- Prepare and process invoices and payments;
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records;
- Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes;
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
