Job Description:The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department across various functional areas. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and training and development.
- Clean and analyze HR data, including leave, attrition, headcount, etc., across multiple regions.
- Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to inform management decision-making.
- Plan, propose, execute, and review employee engagement activities.
- Conduct research and assessments to improve employee engagement and workplace practices.
- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and evaluate training providers.
- Support the implementation of HR systems and projects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Recruitment: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, new hire satisfaction.
- Employee Engagement: participation rates in employee surveys, feedback quality, retention rates.
- Training and Development: attendance rates, feedback quality, knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
- Relevant degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.).
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles or related fields.
