Program Management Office Lead for Data Analytics Transformation

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Management Office Lead to support our client's global data analytics transformation agenda.

This is a high-impact role within the Group Data & Analytics function, reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics. As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for establishing and managing governance structures, delivery frameworks, and execution standards for all data analytics programs globally.

You will act as a trusted delivery partner to analytics leads, data scientists, and business stakeholders, ensuring programs are on track, risks are managed, and value is realized effectively.

This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the core of a data-driven transformation in one of the world's most competitive consumer industries, ensuring analytics projects are aligned with business priorities such as revenue growth, supply chain optimization, and customer intelligence.

  • A degree-qualified individual with 10-15 years of experience in leading program management or PMO functions within data, analytics, or technology teams.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, SAFe, Agile) and exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP, Snowflake) and data governance frameworks is highly advantageous.
