Advanced Financial Modeling Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Advanced Financial Modeling Specialist. This role involves developing and enhancing complex financial models in Excel, utilizing advanced features such as LET and LAMBDA functions, Visual Basic, and macros.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing Excel models to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance model performance and reliability.
  • Design and structure Excel models to seamlessly integrate data from the Azure cloud environment into workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modeling solutions for clients and contribute to the creation of compelling data visualizations and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
  • Develop and implement advanced Excel features to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in creating and enhancing advanced financial models in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Excel modeling with a solid foundation in VBA, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with Databricks and/or Azure, with the ability to integrate data from these platforms into Excel being preferred.
  • Experience in creating data visualization solutions in Excel and Power BI is preferred.
