As a seasoned Financial Modeler, you will be responsible for leading a team of experts in creating, analyzing, and optimizing complex financial models. Your goal will be to ensure these models are robust and reliable, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of active assignments by leading the creation and optimization of comprehensive financial models.
  • Develop and refine assumptions, parameters, and scenarios under the guidance of senior managers to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
  • Review and interpret commercial documentation to reflect accurately in the financial model.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis and stress testing to validate model assumptions and outputs, aiding clients in making informed decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare comprehensive model documentation detailing assumptions, methodologies, and results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognized advisory practice or large corporate setting.
  • A good appreciation of accounting concepts, with an accounting qualification beneficial.
  • An in-depth understanding of Project Finance concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
  • Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
