Job Description:
Serve as the First Point of Contact
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests at the Boardwalk Entrance from 0800hrs to 1200hrs daily.
  • Approach guests and inform them about available breakfast and meal options at the Singapore Zoo Entrance.
  • Provide directional and operating hours information to guests.
  • Ensure a welcoming and helpful atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience.
