Job Title: Strategic Outsourcing Services Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in managing outsourcing services? Do you have a strong background in ensuring service excellence and leading high-performing teams?

  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Service Manager to oversee our outsourcing service portfolio in accounting, payroll, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Ensure that client needs are met through effective communication and issue resolution.

Compliance and Process Improvements:

  • Oversee accounting, payroll, and transactions outsourcing engagements to ensure compliance with statutory regulations (ACRA, MOM, CPF).
  • Drive process improvements by identifying areas for optimization and implementing change.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outsourcing associates and seniors to deliver high-quality results.
  • Review deliverables prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business & Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore) or in progress.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant outsourcing, accounting, or professional services experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards, payroll regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
