Job Title: Healthcare Service Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team.
- Provide frontline service to walk-in patients, answering phone calls and enquiries.
- Perform front desk duties, including registering patients, triaging, packing, and dispensing medications.
- Assist doctors in performing their duties with patients.
- Perform simple procedures on patients, such as ECG and nebulization.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with stock-keeping in the clinic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong interest in healthcare and patient care.
- Flexibility to work weekends and Public Holidays.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Diploma or degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a GP clinic setting.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shift hours and locations.

- Clinic hours are generally 7am - 1pm and 6pm - 11pm.

- Transport allowance is provided for taxi/car transport after midnight.

- Flexible location: Island-wide.
