Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to lead our store in Singapore. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing store productivity and profitability, developing plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and working closely with senior management to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact store results.

  • Takes ownership and accountability for achieving store targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Creates a high-energy, sales and service-focused environment that drives customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Oversees the development of store staff by providing constant feedback on service behaviors and coaching them to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensures that visual merchandising and store maintenance standards are consistently met, creating an engaging and inviting shopping experience for customers.
  • Identifies underperforming store staff and takes focused action to develop or counsel them, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Recognizes and values individual performance, communicating effectively with staff to drive motivation and job satisfaction.
  • Develops and implements plans to address key business issues, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
