Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Store Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of multiple stores, ensuring excellent customer service and high sales performance. They will also be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies, support new product launches, and execute initiatives to maximize revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales performance by achieving targets and improving productivity
  • Implementing effective sales strategies and supporting new product launches
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Prior experience in luxury retail is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
