We are looking for Retail sales executive - Full Time

Intro:
We are also selling in most online platform like Lazada and shopee.

**Salary**: $3000 - Fixed - $2600 Gross

Job Detail

Reports to: Senior Manager and Director

Operating hours is 10am to 9pm. 6 days work week

( Must work on weedends and holiday ).

JOB ROLE

**Sales and Purchase**
- Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Discuss with senior manager and executing purchase order
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services

**Functional Competencies**:

- Ensure the store adheres to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures
- Role model the leadership behaviours which support the business culture
- Development of staff to drive the business forward
- Regularly monitor local competitors and communicate findings to Operations Manager and/or Office to action as appropriate
- Create a positive environment that results in stable retention and a reduction of labour turnover
- Organize and co-ordinate the serviceability and maintenance of all equipments and facilities required to support the operation such as: POS terminals, telephone, display units (gondolas, wall panels, etc), lighting, etc.

Ensure that the visual presentation of the store represents the brand image.
- Investigate and resolve problems, and take remedial action, to handle demanding situations such as dissatisfied customer, and operational matters thereby initiating effective services recovery, when needed, to safeguard the company’s image

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales executive, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the DIY / Hardware retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform under stress
- Diploma/Degree with 3-5 years of retail operations management experience or equivalent
- Experience in fast paced and high volume environment
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Experience in e-commerce is desirable
