**Responsibilities**:

- You need to serving the walk-in customer and achieving sales targets set by the manager
- Able to advocate on store promotions to maintain acquisition and retention of customers
- You need to ensure close coordination with customers to meet customer's requirements
- Able to provide professional advice to assist customers with their products concern
- Able to assist in resolving issues when arises, feedback of orders, return & exchange etc
- Ensuring each client receives high-quality customer service
- You need to represent the company in areas of public relations like trade shows, parades, IT shows, Corporate Events
- Able to identifying market trends to serve client better
- Acquisition of all the B2B customers in the O2O store.

**Job Requirements**:

- You must have At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- You must have excellent customer service, Planning and Good oral and communication skills
- Able willing to work in a team environment
- Able to work under fun and pressure environment
- Willing to work in Retail Hours and Environment
- You must is a fast learner with and passion for sales
- Self-Motivated with a results-driven approach

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
