We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall presentation and appearance of our retail store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
Assist customers in finding products and provide product information.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- **Sales Generation**:Actively approach customers to promote products and encourage sales.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- **Visual Merchandising**:Ensure the retail store is visually appealing and well-maintained at all times.
Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers and maximize sales.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- **Cash Handling**:Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods in accordance with company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback, sales trends, and inventory issues.
- **Store Operations**:Open and close the store as required, ensuring security procedures are followed.
Assist with store cleaning, maintenance, and other operational tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- **Customer Focus**:Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Sales Skills**:Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Team Player**:Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Adaptability**:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- **Physical Stamina**:Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise.
- **Product Knowledge**:Basic understanding of retail products and trends.
