Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to the organization, including handling entry-level work, applying for work passes, compiling reports, and liaising with internal and external customers.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in IRAs and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical skills and ability to compile reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external customers.
  • Knowledge of succession planning, career development, payroll, employee engagement, business strategy, HR policies, HRIS, benefits management, human resources, regulatory requirements, and employee relations.
