Project Lead Analyst Role

The role of a Project Lead Analyst is to oversee the execution of projects within the operations domain. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading one or more projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including creating project charters, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central project issue logs.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to ensure business cases and cost-benefit analyses align with business objectives and that project plans meet business needs as described in project initiation documents.
  • Identify and include all stakeholders in scope definition activities and ensure they understand project schedules and key milestones.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and take action if necessary.
  • Provide sophisticated analysis and interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Exercise independence of judgment and autonomy while operating with limited direct supervision.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Evaluate risks when making business decisions and safeguard Citi, clients, and assets by complying with laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in Custody/Funds product in a Custodian.
