AI-Powered Conversational Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our forward-thinking team, dedicated to transforming the customer experience through intelligent conversational AI solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing bots that address customer queries with precision, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free booking process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced customer-facing AI-powered bots
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business success
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the bots are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business goals
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong background in client-side frameworks on large-scale applications (React is highly preferred)
  • Strong core front-end skill set in JavaScript and the TypeScript ecosystem
  • Experience working with component libraries, architecture skills, and decision-making in the team
  • Strong product sense and passion for client-side performance optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive changes and impact across various teams
Preferred Skills:
  • Machine Learning, GPT, prompt engineering, and other AI project experience
  • Candidates with JVM language experience – Scala/Kotlin/Java and Python would be preferred
  • Knowledge in physical architecture at scale, building resilient, no single point of failures, highly available solutions
