Job Title: Conversational AI Architect

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, production-ready conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conversational AI models that can understand and respond to user input in a natural, human-like way.
  • Design and implement conversational interfaces that integrate with various systems and platforms.
  • Evaluate and refine conversational AI models to ensure they meet the required performance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Python programming and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, or scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI stack, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices (fairness, bias, compliance).
