Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Programmemes Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about youth development and wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all programme content is relevant, appealing, and well-resourced for all levels of membership. They will also develop new content for both in-person and virtual programmes/activities for members, identify and engage new programme partners/providers to enhance programme offerings, organise national level events, competitions, and award presentations, organise national training and courses for Boys and Officers, work with and support volunteers, and motivate units to strive towards excellence in utilising the programme to develop children and youths.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
  • An appreciation of youth trends and developments
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Willingness to work with volunteers on some evenings and Saturdays
  • An excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in using Email, MS Office, videoconference, and e-learning tools
