Singapore CHILDREN'S WISHING WELL Full time

Job Description
- To plan and ensure smooth running of the enrichment programmes, including but not limited to activities such as liaison with the vendor and tutors, manage facilities, screen and coordinate volunteers, communications with the youths and their parents, and maintaining discipline and order of the youth.
- Collation of youth’s registration documents and attendance for events.
- To organise learning events or outings either on-site or at external locations, through liaising with stakeholders such as schools, corporates, and other relevant parties, and to plan and manage logistics, volunteers, the youths, and any other matters related to the successful conduct of the events.
- To supervise the youths, vendors, volunteers or other users of the centre on weekends, including maintaining cleanliness and security of the centre and its facilities.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager or CEO.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Experienced with working with youths and strong ability to interact with and manage them.

**Core Competencies**:

- Able to coordinate and liaise with multiple parties, ranging from individual volunteers, parents, to schools and teachers.

Able to adapt quickly to fast changing work environment.

**Preferred achievements / characteristics**:

- Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and ability to multi-task.
- Have a passion for helping disadvantaged children and youth.

Ability to work on weekends is a must. Off days will be on weekdays.
