What You'll Do
Oversee mentoring programmes in schools and the community.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement engaging youth development initiatives
Manage youth projects, including our annual symposium
Build strong networks with schools, agencies, volunteers, and community partners.
Maintain accurate programme records, track outcomes, and share impact stories,
What You Bring
Degree in any discipline (Social Services preferred)
1-2 years' experience in youth development or programme delivery
Strong passion for mentoring and working with youths
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage face-to-face and online
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a flair for facilitation
