Job Title: Facilities Management Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Executive to join our team at Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance and repair works, including minor and major works, for our clients. This will involve attending site meetings, conducting building inspections, and preparing cost estimates and work proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to work requests and fault calls during office and after office hours
  • Manage contractors for minor and major works
  • Attend site meetings for maintenance and repair works
  • Conduct building inspections, monitor and track utilities for building consumption
  • Prepare cost estimates and work proposals, including technical feasibility reports
  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair works, including M&E and C&S
  • Update all M&E inventory listings and submit work schedules, including Soft Services
  • Track, monitor, and update maintenance schedules for all M&E systems, including Building works and Soft Services
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields Institute
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • CFME Accreditation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good computer literacy/knowledge
