Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of technicians to handle service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with business units to perform ad hoc and scheduled maintenance, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Track all maintenance activities and prepare comprehensive maintenance reports to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee and inspect work performed to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed, and order necessary supplies to maintain inventory.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including quality, cost, and time requirements, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Advise on procurement strategy and prepare project budgets and tender documents to ensure effective project administration.
  • Attend regular site meetings with stakeholders to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to teams, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support to Facility Management, encompassing commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
  • Conduct conditional inspections on existing buildings and inspect new developments to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Provide expert advice on technical issues to clients, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Manage projects, including building repairs, replacements, and additional works, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with contractors and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Building/Facilities Maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of HVAC installation and building management systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Preferably with a Class 3 driving license.
