Key Responsibilities
  • Build Up Quotations: Develop detailed quotations from schedules of rates (SOR) to ensure accurate pricing for facilities management projects.
  • Site Measurement and Progress Claims: Take off measurements from site and process monthly progress claims to ensure timely payment for facilities management services.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source supplies and sub-contractors for quotation and tendering purposes, ensuring that the best value is obtained for facilities management projects.
  • Tender Submissions and Contracts: Prepare and submit tenders for facilities management projects, and review and advise on contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Cost Impact Analysis: Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact of project specification variations, ensuring that facilities management projects are completed within budget.
Qualification Requirements
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Equivalent: Possess a diploma in quantity surveying or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing facilities, with a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices.
Desirable Skills
  • Negotiation: Possess strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with suppliers, sub-contractors, and clients.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with the ability to create detailed spreadsheets and reports.
