We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Professional to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on preventative maintenance, security, and building services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide facilities management services to our clients, including preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security, and carpark management.
- Investigate and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause and prevent future occurrences.
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance works and ensure the upkeep of our clients' premises.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Diploma in Facilities Management, M&E, Building Services, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be FSM certified.
- Knowledge of hard and soft facilities management is a must, with additional advantage if you have security management and car park management experience.
