Job Summary

The Supervisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our restaurant. This individual will be responsible for interacting with guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area to ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing proactive service and resolving any issues promptly.
  2. Understand the restaurant's concept and standards to provide accurate information to guests.
  3. Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions and serve food courses and beverages efficiently.
  4. Pick-up used plates and cutleries, and clean tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  5. Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments, and achieve sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, cleanliness, and creating a positive working environment objectives.
  6. Manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  7. Assist Managers and/or Supervisors in ensuring that the steps of service are met and executed by all restaurant staff members.
