Job Description:
MICE event professionals are responsible for coordinating and managing events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and meetings. This involves working with clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying suitable venues and suppliers, and developing detailed proposals outlining timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in project management activities, including work-in-progress meetings and evaluations
* Develop strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers
* Create detailed proposals for events, including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, and budgets
* Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
* Coordinate and manage venues and suppliers
* Effectively manage onsite production crews, suppliers, and temporary staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the MICE industry or related field
* Experience in hybrid, live, and virtual events
* Excellent client relations skills
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Consistent high-quality project documentation and delivery
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
