We are seeking a visionary EAM Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is instrumental in designing, implementing, and governing EAM solutions that align with enterprise standards and business objectives.


As an EAM Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of EAM platforms (IBM Maximo or Anacle Simplicity). Your expertise will ensure that these solutions are robust, scalable, and integrated with existing systems.


This key role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to drive solution adoption and governance. You will also be responsible for:


  • Developing EAM solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensuring alignment with business objectives through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Governing the implementation of EAM platforms to ensure successful outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on asset management solutions
  • Proven expertise in working with IBM Maximo or Anacle Simplicity, with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
  • The ability to lead design workshops and produce high-quality documentation

In addition to technical expertise, we seek candidates with:


  • Asset Management knowledge and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Architectural knowledge and experience in solution architecture
  • Certifications/training in Maximo or other EAM solutions are a plus
