Asset Management product experience and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role. He must be comfortable leading design workshops and writing high-quality documents.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and govern Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver robust, scalable, and integrated EAM platforms.
- Lead design workshops and produce high-quality documentation.
- Ensure EAM platforms align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- At least 5 years of experience with Asset Management solutions like Maximo or Anacle Simplicity.
- Completed at least two end-to-end project implementations of an EAM solution (Maximo or Anacle Simplicity).
- Certifications or training in Maximo or any EAM solution preferred.
- Good knowledge of asset management processes and practices in asset-intensive industries.
- Good presentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
