Our client, a leading global online broker is looking for experienced EAM manager to join their expanding team.
**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Identify and source new clients in the external asset management and single/multifamily office sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, provide them with solutions.
- Promote the company's investment platform solutions and assist with the necessary training and support needed to use them effectively.
- Researching, gathering feedback and be involved in the process of improving services and products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our solutions remain competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in the external asset management or single/multifamily office sectors.
- Strong knowledge of investment platforms and financial products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have an existing clientele base to tap on
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage stakeholders in HQ in China.
