Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to identify business opportunities and drive joint business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint business plans, business analysis, and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Design and implement partner enablement programs, including product training, sales best practices, and joint solution productization and launches.
  • Oversee partner incentive programs and manage partner marketing funding and operations to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with marketing and solution teams to develop and execute joint partner marketing strategies for business awareness and demand generation.
  • Support partners on joint tenders and projects to ensure successful business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing partner relationships or driving account sales in the ICT industry.
  • Familiarity with Public Sector or Enterprise Sales is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrates a proactive learning attitude, strong determination, and a collaborative mindset focused on creating value through partnerships.
