Join our team as a Delivery Professional and be part of a dynamic organization that values excellence, integrity, and teamwork. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to customers across various locations.
Job Responsibilities:- Daily delivery and collection of inbound/outbound shipments;
- Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents;
- Ensure cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily;
- Identify any service-related concerns and recommend solutions to immediate supervisor;
- Possess Class 3 driving license;
- Familiarity with Singapore roads is preferred;
- Able to carry and lower packages up to 35kg from roller/conveyors and pallets to vehicle;
- Willing to climb up and down flights of stairs to enter/exit customer premises;
- Secondary education or equivalent preferred;
- Able to speak and write Basic English to liaise with English speaking customers;
- Pleasant disposition and courteous, enjoy meeting with customers;
