The role of a Product Director is to drive product initiatives from inception through execution, launching products/features across the global market.

They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ship remarkable features and products that meet customer needs.

This involves working with banks, fintechs, wallets to enable seamless money movement and transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
  • Defining features, writing product specifications, conducting user studies, iterating on feedback, reviewing QA test plans, prioritizing bug fixes, managing the backlog, and shipping products/features in a timely manner.
  • Interviewing and interacting with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
  • Prioritizing initiatives and projects appropriately and weighing tradeoffs that must be made.
  • Working closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver first-in-class features.
  • Representing the team in communication with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of fintech product management experience.
  • Domain knowledge in US banking regulations and practices.
