Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, engaging prospects and selling our innovative solutions to enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our core offerings including Trading Solutions (Algo systems, order management, market connectivity), Brokerage/ CRM platform and Blockchain & AI-driven fintech solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads via outreach (Cold calls, digital campaigns, networking).
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the Fintech, blockchain, AI and crypto sectors to enhance our market presence and facilitate adoption.
  • Lead high-level engagements and build relationships with prospective clients, tailoring solutions to address complex business needs and pain points.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our bespoke solutions across the Fintech, blockchain, AI and crypto sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives with client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, closing deals and managing client onboarding.
  • Maintain robust pipeline forecasting and report on sales activities & KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand client needs and drive implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or business development (Preferably in fintech, IT Solutions or blockchain industries).
  • Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies and their applications in business.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Passion for fintech innovation, AI and blockchain technologies.
