Job Overview

We are looking for a Global Logistics Expert to join our team at STAFFKING PTE. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating ongoing import freight with overseas partners and agents, preparing import shipment data entry, documentation, and break bulk handling, arranging cargo release and import cargo pickup with agents and forwarders, following up with terminals and airlines for shipment clearance and surveys, and generating monthly reports based on customer requests.

Key responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding import shipment arrangements, providing updates on shipment status, and liaising with corporate clients. The successful candidate will also have a minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service and be able to work independently, be proactive, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Key Deliverables

* Coordinate ongoing import freight with overseas partners and agents
* Prepare import shipment data entry, documentation, and break bulk handling
