**Job Summary**

Neptune Global Logistics is a leading and successful logistics company with an overseas presence. We are now seeking for an experienced Sales & Operations Officer to join our team. As a key member, the Sales & Operation officer will be responsible for both indoor sales support and operational duties.
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines or carriers for cargo to be transported via sea and air. Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, and various internal departments and related team to ensure smooth cargo flow and timely shipments.
- Prepare and manage all relevant documentation for sea freight shipments, including shipping instructions, customs documents, letter of credit and any other necessary paperwork.
- Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer’s request upon request
- Monitor the progress of sea/ air freight shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Address any delays or issues promptly and take corrective actions and pre-alerts to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping industry.
- Knowledge of L/C Documentations, incoterms, Singapore shipping procedure & freight forwarding experience.
- Responsible and committed team player
- Motivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skills.
- Able to handle high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate Starter will be an added advantage.
- Solid organizational and IT skills, particularly MS Office.
- Able to communicate with China HQ colleague.
