Job Summary

A challenging and dynamic role that requires a customer service professional to connect with talented individuals in the airfreight industry, ensuring timely and efficient handling of shipments, while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with overseas entities to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and urgency of shipments, exercising flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Investigate root-cause of incidents and service failures, providing prompt solutions to customers.
  • Check AWB/BL and other necessary shipping documents for discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
  • Obtain charges approval from customers before shipment delivery, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Provide flight/vessel details, monitor shipments, and feedback to customers on freight status timely.
  • Ensure import customs formalities are executed and follow up with customs agents if not ready within KPIs.
  • Review inventory lists from warehouses for unattended cargoes and take action promptly.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in freight-forwarding (airfreight).
  • Knowledge of shipping terms and documents is essential.
  • Able to work overtime when required, demonstrating self-discipline and initiative.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Good written and spoken English language proficiency.
