You will be responsible for managing agent engagement and recruitment activities, including organizing engagement/training events, with support from the rest of the Distribution team.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and tracking agent performance, including consolidating agreed sales targets, action plans, and feedback from engagement meetings between agents and Sales Managers.

You will also be involved in actively managing the agent recruitment pipeline, including working together with the Sales Managers to identify a list of potential agents.

In addition, you will assist Sales Managers in engagement with individual agents, including recruitment and growing the production of existing agents, to achieve overall sales targets.

You will be responsible for managing onboarding and training of new agents.

Finally, you will prepare annual/quarterly/campaign production reports for the Chief Distribution Officer and Management.
