Job Opportunity for Baristas

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, including tailoring orders to meet specific customer requests.
  2. Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee.
  3. Provide prompt attention and service to guests entering the restaurant.
  4. Deliver efficient and effective service aligned with our standards.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista.
  • Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency of service.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
